JamStation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the provider of JamStation-related services, including websites, software, platforms, and applications such as JamJam, VoiceJam, and ADJam (collectively, the “JamStation Services” or “Services”).
We highly value your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, process, and use information you provide, directly or indirectly, when using the JamStation Services, as well as other important matters related to your privacy.

Collection of Information
To provide the JamStation Services, we collect your information to the extent necessary. You may choose whether to provide your personal data; however, failure to provide such data may result in your inability to use some or all of the Services’ features.
The information we collect includes:
- User or Registration Information
Including but not limited to: email address, name, business name, business registration number, gender, date of birth, phone number, residence, region, country, address, alternate email, business size, business type, number of employees, occupation, and music preferences. - Event Participation Information
Including but not limited to: email address, name, gender, date of birth, phone number, residence, address, and alternate email. - Usage Data
Including how you use the Services and content you provide, such as visited URLs, login pages, and training data that may include voice samples. - Device and Log Data
Including IP addresses, device identifiers, device types, browsing history, search queries, browser types, visit frequency, geolocation, and wireless and mobile network connection information. - Transaction and Payment Data
Including order details, credit/debit card information, and payment records. - Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Including cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies (including Beacon APIs), and advertising identifiers.
Additionally, if you register through third-party service providers, you agree that we may collect information available through such providers, including your name, profile picture, country, email address, date of birth, gender, your friends’ names and profile pictures, and social network-related information, all of which will also be governed by this Policy.
The Services are not intended for minors. If you are a minor, please review this Policy with your parent or legal guardian and obtain their consent before using the Services. If we discover that personal data of a minor has been collected without such consent, we will promptly delete it and cease any further processing thereof.

- Maintenance, improvement, enhancement, and development of the Services and user experience.
- AI model training, testing, and improvement, including the use of training data (such as de-identified voice samples) to improve personalized voice services.
- Security and fraud prevention (including detecting, preventing, and addressing unauthorized access, misappropriation, abuse, and violations of these Terms of Service, in order to protect the rights and interests of the Company and users).
- Customer support (including responding to your inquiries and requests) and maintenance of service records.
- User surveys, market research, and service usage analytics, to understand user needs and improve the Services.
- Advertising and marketing effectiveness analysis, including placing, tracking, and evaluating advertising performance and providing personalized advertising based on your usage behavior and preferences (direct marketing is separately governed by Article 3).
- Statistical analysis and business planning (including compiling statistical data related to the JamStation Services for internal analysis, business planning, and reporting purposes).
- Legal compliance and necessary communications (including notifying you of important information related to the JamStation Services, contacting you when necessary, complying with applicable laws, regulations, and requirements of competent authorities, and cooperating with judicial or administrative investigations).

Direct Marketing
We may use your registration data (e.g., email, name, gender, date of birth, phone number, residence, and address) to send you promotional information about our software products, services, or other Company-related updates via email, newsletters, postal mail, SMS, phone calls, targeted online ads, or in-app notifications only with your explicit consent.
You may opt out of receiving any or all such promotional communications, or from receiving them through any specific channel, at any time via the “Contact Us” feature.

Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data in the following situations:
- Service Providers – including third-party service providers and/or content providers, for example we share your transaction and payment data with payment processors to facilitate your payments.
- Affiliates – for internal operations or the provision of preferential services, for example enabling employees across different group companies to develop and improve features of the JamStation Services.
- Event Partners – for the execution of promotional campaigns, for example personal data you submit when participating in events.
- Business Transactions – including business mergers, securities issuances, bankruptcies, reorganizations, dissolutions, acquisitions, and other similar transactions.
- Authorities – when required by courts, competent authorities, law enforcement agencies, or government, or when the Company determines it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or orders; protect the safety of others; resolve fraud, security, or technical issues; or protect rights or property.
- Aggregated or De-identified Data – The Company may disclose aggregated or de-identified data derived from the JamStation Services. Neither the Company nor any third party is restricted by this Policy in its use or disclosure of such aggregated or de-identified data.

Cross-Border Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside the Republic of China (Taiwan), including countries or regions with different personal data protection standards. Such cross-border transfers are made only in circumstances where no restrictions have been imposed by the competent authority.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure your personal data is adequately protected during such transfers and processing.

Subject to applicable laws, you may submit a request via our “Contact Us” feature to:
- Request access to or copies of your personal data.

We may refuse your request where permitted by applicable law, including where compliance would harm national interests, obstruct the performance of a public authority's statutory duties, or prejudice significant interests of the controller or a third party.

Please safeguard your personal data, account credentials, and passwords. When using the JamStation Services on personal or non-personal computers, please log out and close all applications and browser windows as necessary to prevent unauthorized access to your data.
You are also responsible for safeguarding your transaction and payment information to prevent unauthorized use by others.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. The collection, processing, and use of personal data by such websites are governed by their respective privacy policies and are not subject to this Policy. The Company shall not be held jointly liable for such practices.
Please provide accurate and truthful information when using the Services. If your personal data is misused by others or if you notice any unusual activity, please contact us promptly.

Updates to This Policy
This Policy may be revised from time to time in response to changes in the JamStation Services or applicable laws and regulations. Updated versions will be published on our website or within the Services and take effect upon publication.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you are a minor, such consent shall be equally binding on your parent or legal guardian.

This Policy is written in Traditional Chinese. Any translated versions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies, the Traditional Chinese version shall prevail.
